Will you make changes during the audit?
No. The standard audit is non-destructive. It identifies and explains issues without applying updates, installing plugins, changing hosting or modifying the live website.
What access will you need?
Usually temporary WordPress administrator access and relevant hosting or control-panel access. Access depends on the agreed scope and is requested only after the audit is accepted—not through the public request form.
Is this a complete SEO or accessibility audit?
No. The review covers technical search foundations and practical accessibility basics where they affect the site’s condition or critical pathways. It is not a complete SEO strategy or formal accessibility certification.
Can Kelly Creative fix the issues afterwards?
Yes, where the work is suitable and capacity is available. Any repair, performance or stabilisation work is quoted separately, with its own scope and approval. You are not obliged to continue.
Can I give the report to my current developer?
Yes. The report belongs to you and is written so another competent WordPress professional can understand the findings, priorities and recommended order of action.
Can you guarantee a particular performance score?
No responsible specialist can guarantee a score before examining the website, hosting, design and third-party dependencies. The audit identifies the real constraints and the improvements most likely to matter.
