Request a technical audit
Give me the context before I inspect the code.
Tell me what is happening, what has already been tried and what you need to decide. I will review the request personally and confirm whether the fixed-price WordPress Website Audit is the right next step.
The standard audit is $550. Submitting this request does not commit you to proceed, and no payment or login details are required at this stage.
Before you submit
Useful context beats a long technical diagnosis.
- Your website address and main concern
- What changed, failed or prompted the request
- What you need the audit to help you decide
Please do not include WordPress, hosting, email or other passwords in the form.
01
Personally reviewed
No automated diagnosis or generic sales hand-off.
02
No payment yet
I confirm suitability and the next step first.
03
No passwords
Secure access is arranged later only if required.
01 — Send the essentials
Start with the problem—not a password.
The form is designed to establish fit and understand the decision you are facing. It is not a substitute for the audit itself.
- Required: name, email, website URL and the outcome you need.
- Helpful: recent changes, recurring symptoms and work already attempted.
- Not required: technical jargon, a complete diagnosis or administrator access.
Security boundary: do not send login credentials, API keys, recovery codes or private customer data through this form.
Technical audit request
Tell me what you need to understand.
02 — What happens next
A clear decision before any technical access.
The request creates a deliberate checkpoint. It prevents a diagnostic service from turning into an open-ended support job before the scope is understood.
01
I review the request
I look at the website and the context you supplied to determine whether the standard audit is appropriate or whether the request points to a different kind of work.
02
I confirm fit and scope
You receive a personal reply confirming the fixed-price audit, any obvious scope boundary and what—if anything—I will need from you to begin.
03
You decide whether to proceed
Only after the audit is confirmed do we arrange payment and, where required, secure temporary access. Submitting the form alone does not authorise work.
03 — Check the fit
Use the audit when the problem needs evidence.
The technical audit is a defined diagnostic service. It is most useful when the next decision is unclear—not when a known urgent fix simply needs to be carried out.
A good fit
Request the audit when:
- The site is slow, unstable or behaving inconsistently.
- Several symptoms may share an underlying technical cause.
- You need priorities before approving repairs, redevelopment or ongoing support.
- You want an independent technical record rather than another guess.
Probably not the audit
Use a different route when:
- The website is currently down, hacked or blocking an urgent business function.
- You already know the exact repair required and only need it completed.
- You are seeking a design quote, content rewrite or general marketing review.
- The site is not built on WordPress.
Access is requested only after the service is accepted.
Where access is needed, use a new temporary administrator account rather than sharing an existing personal login. The account can be removed after the audit is complete.
04 — Before sending
A few practical questions.
Do I pay when I submit the request?
No. I first review the request and confirm whether the standard $550 audit is suitable. Payment is arranged only after you choose to proceed.
Do you need WordPress or hosting access now?
No. Do not send passwords through this form. If the audit is accepted and access is needed, I will explain what to create and how to provide it securely.
What if I cannot explain the problem technically?
Describe what you see, when it happens and what effect it has on the business or the people using the site. Plain-language symptoms are more useful than a guessed diagnosis.
What if the website is down or the issue is urgent?
The audit is not an emergency response service. State clearly in the form that the site is down or a critical function is unavailable so I can tell you whether the request needs a different route.
Ready when the context is clear
Tell me what the website is making difficult.
You do not need to diagnose the site. Provide the symptoms, the history you know and the decision you need the audit to support.
