Access credentials provided for support work are encrypted and stored only for the duration of the project or maintenance term, then deleted securely.

Payments

All payments are processed via Square, which complies with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
Invoices and pricing are shown in AUD and clearly marked “GST: $0 (not registered for GST)” until registration becomes required.
Kelly Creative never stores or directly handles credit card information.
